• High-Performance Reels & Combos: Valiant 2 Combos, ATD Combos, Valiant reels.
• Technical Rods: Slow Pitch Jigging rods, Rods, and specialized combos.
• Precision Components: Parts Kits, Reel Parts for maintenance and repair.
• Durable Gear & Apparel: Apparel, Gear, Drinkwear, and accessories like Stickers.

We strive for accurate product images and descriptions. However, slight variations in color or specification may occur. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

• Order Processing: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our Milwaukee warehouse within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping Methods:
  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Cost: $12.95 USD. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 USD. For orders under $50, EMS shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only. Customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays may impact delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

4.3 Your Shipping Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address. We are not liable for packages lost, delayed, or seized due to incorrect address information or failure to comply with local import regulations.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

5.1 Standard Return & Exchange Policy

• Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Item must be in original, unused, and resalable condition with all original tags, packaging, manuals, and accessories (including any free Stickers).
• Process: Initiate a request by emailing [email protected] within the 15-day window. Use the subject line: “Return/Exchange Request: Order #[Your Order Number]”. Provide all requested details as outlined on our website.

• Refund Processing: Upon approval, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Your financial institution may take 3-10 additional business days to post the funds. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5.2 Final Sale Items

To ensure safety, hygiene, and the integrity of specialized components, the following are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective upon arrival:

• Parts Kits & Reel Parts (due to their technical nature and hygiene considerations).
• Drinkwear (bottles and tumblers, for health and safety reasons).
• Custom or Personalized Items.
• Used, Damaged, or Incomplete Items.
• Clearance or items explicitly marked “Final Sale.”

5.3 Defective or Damaged Items
