Shipping Information
We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote regions). All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our Milwaukee warehouse within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Package and Ship
Once you receive your RMA number and instructions:
- Securely repackage the item(s) in the original box or a suitable substitute.
- Include all parts, manuals, and free gifts.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Important: Use a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Inspection & Processing
Our Milwaukee team will inspect returned items with the precision of a technician checking a reel’s drag washers. Processing takes 3-5 business days after we receive the package.
Refunds: Timing & Method
Upon approval of your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval. It then typically takes your financial institution 3-10 additional business days to post the funds to your account.
- Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal). Store credit is available upon request.
Shipping Cost Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you qualified for free shipping on an order over $50, a standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund if the return brings the order total below the $50 threshold.
Exchanges
To exchange an item (e.g., a different rod model or apparel size):
- Follow the same initiation process using the template above.
- After we receive and inspect your return, we will ship the replacement to your original address.
- Price differences will be reconciled (you’ll be invoiced for higher value, refunded for lower value).
- Exchange shipping times follow our standard rates (see Shipping Methods table).
Important Exceptions: Final Sale Items
To maintain the integrity, safety, and hygiene of our specialized components, the following items from our product menu are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Parts Kits & Reel Parts: Precision components (drag washers, gears, screws) for reel maintenance and repair. Non-returnable once opened due to their technical nature and hygiene considerations.
- Drinkwear: All bottles and tumblers are final sale for health and safety reasons.
- Custom or Personalized Items: Any gear customized at your request.
- Used, Damaged, or Incomplete Items: Products not in original, resalable condition.
- Clearance or Special Purchase Items: Explicitly marked “Final Sale” at purchase.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your Reel, Rod, Combo, ATD Combo, Valiant 2 Combo, or any gear arrives damaged or is defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos/video. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refundβno questions asked.
International Returns (Outside USA)
We accept international returns, but please note:
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
- Refunds are issued in USD to your original payment method. Your bank determines the final local currency amount.
